J&T Express or a similar trackable doorstep shipping option at $4.30 for orders under 5kg: This option provides tracking and more security. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days from the order fulfillment date. Courier pick-ups are scheduled from Mondays to Fridays.

Yes, customers in Singapore can enjoy FREE doorstep shipping via J&T Express or a similar service for all local orders totaling $60 and above. This is a great way to save on shipping costs for larger orders.

All international orders from ELMODESTA™ will be shipped via QXpress or a similar service. After that, the package will be handed over to a local delivery partner in your country. 5. Regarding orders to Malaysia, what is the expected delivery time, and are there any conditions for customers to enjoy free shipping on their orders?

Orders to Malaysia will be shipped via QXpress and then handed over to PosLaju or DHL. The expected delivery time for orders to Malaysia is approximately 3 to 7 working days. Additionally, orders of SGD$100 (approximately RM330+/-) and above will qualify for FREE shipping to Malaysia. This provides a great incentive for larger orders.

ELMODESTA™ offers returns for items that are wrong or damaged upon delivery. Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, send an email with all the details to detailing what you would like returned or exchanged and our customer support team will assist in the process. Please quote your order number so we can better assist you.


3. What criteria must an item fulfill to qualify for return?

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in its original condition as when received and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email confirming its receipt as well as informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, then a credit will automatically apply back onto your credit card or original method of payment within several days.

As soon as a refund has been requested and approved, check your bank account for any outstanding refunds. It may take time before they're officially posted; in that case contact your credit card company. Ultimately if the delay persists contact your bank as there may be processing time involved before any funds appear in your account.
